Some of those super foods and supplements include extra virgin olive, coconut oils, flaxseed, sea salt, cider vinegar, organic potato chips, snacks, CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid, bilberry, Omega-3s, wheat grass, evening primrose oil, gymnema, plus appliances, i.e. water filter, steamer, juicer, blender, wok, freezer, etc.
